Southern-style fried, boneless chicken. Served with warm waffles, maple gravy and mixed fruit.

Served with maple gravy and fresh strawberries and blueberries.

8oz sirloin steak with roasted butternut squash, shallots, and kale in a light parmesan cream sauce.

Chicken and cheese stuffed quesadilla served with sour cream and salsa and mandarin oranges.

Mixed green salad with roasted pecans, tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese and cranberries with raspberry vinaigrette.
