Yellow potato cake inspired by the Incas. Peruvian yellow pepper and lime, stuffed with chicken salad, avocado, and huancaina sauce.

Fresh fish marinated in lime juice and mixed with red onions, cilantro, and yellow peppers. Served with diced sweet potatoes.
Bloody Mary Shrimp Ceviche
Marinated & cooked in a fresh, Bloody Mary lime sauce. Mixed with red onion, celery, and avocado.
Fried plantains served with a mojito cilantro dipping sauce.

Tomato Burrata Salad
Fresh tomatoes and burrata cheese. Served with basil aioli.
